South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA is seeking a warm, professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our luxury resort. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a seamless first impression.

The ideal candidate has hotel front desk or customer service experience, strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services to exceed guest expectations
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, winery offerings, spa services, and local attractions
• Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
