• Previous experience in Hotel/Resort highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries and route calls to extensions in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality, resolve inquiries related to hotel services and amenities.
• Operate and ensure the proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and hotel computer systems.
