Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Lobby Concierge to respond to diverse guest requests with exceptional hospitality. You will assess needs, offer personalized recommendations, and support operations in the Rooms Division, reporting to Concierge Management. U.S. work authorization is required.

The role includes handling packages and coordinating information on local attractions, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Luxury Hotel Experience Preferred.
• Requires a working knowledge of the Concierge aspect of Four Seasons services, policies, and Resort operations.
• Requires working knowledge of activities and points of interest.
• Requires keyboarding and computer skills.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints; provide local recommendations.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
• Provide up-to-date information on restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and coordinate tickets and reservations.
