Job summary

New Balance is seeking Retail Sales Associates for our Marina del Rey, CA store to deliver exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and guide customers through every step of the transaction, positively representing the New Balance brand.

We value 18+ years, strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using the GUEST service model to greet customers and assist with needs.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
• Keep the floor neat, organized and well stocked at all times.
• Label and price items properly to ensure accuracy.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring floor merchandise and reporting issues.
