Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests.

You will handle check-in to check-out, balance cash, and assist with reservations by phone, email, or in-person, while sharing information about hotel amenities and directions. The role emphasizes strong guest-focused service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
• Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
• Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
