The role emphasizes directing restaurant, room service, and bar operations, managing HR across outlets, budgeting, promotions, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and service for guests.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the Human Resources in the various outlets: hire, train, develop, coach, and conduct salary reviews.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Respond to customer trends and promote promotions to capture more guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets to ensure quality service.
