Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Restaurant/Outlets Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant and room service operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service, and to lead bar operations. You will supervise staff, train and develop teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality guest service throughout all outlets.

Ideal candidates bring hotel operations knowledge and strong leadership, with focus on cost control, guest satisfaction, and cross-outlet

Qualifications

• Post-high school education (2 years of related work recommended).
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures to perform analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner as directed; oversee bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed; retain and motivate associates across outlets.
• Implement company programs and manage Restaurant/Room Service and other outlets to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and local laws.
• Forecast and monitor outlet budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies, equipment) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and feedback to ensure quality service and drive sales.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
