HEI Hotels and Resorts in The Woodlands, TX, seeks an experienced leader to plan and manage overall food and beverage operations, including outlets, room service, and banquets, to meet customer expectations, comply with policies, and achieve financial goals.

You will direct daily restaurant and bar operations, supervise staff, implement programs, monitor budgets, and respond to trends to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Formación

• Two years of post-high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of full-time work in a related role.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to supervise, manage and communicate effectively.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day restaurant and room service operations including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Oversee bar operations and manage human resources across outlets.
• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
• Forecast and monitor budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Address customer feedback to improve service and drive sales.
• Develop promotions and presentations to attract more guests.
• Ensure sanitation and maintenance of outlets and equipment.
• Maintain attendance and be regularly available for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
