Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience within Business & Industry or hospitality leadership roles such as Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Workplace Experience leadership.
• Experience managing soft services including janitorial operations.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including staffing, recruiting, employee development, coaching, and team relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services, delivering a hospitality-focused experience for clients, employees, guests and vendors.
• Coordinate daily workplace operations and oversee soft service vendors.
• Manage workplace moves and changes and proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee and guest experience.
• Oversee site mechanical services coordination with external providers to maintain safety and reliability.
