This role supports a range of service areas including cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, and mailroom operations.

Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector.
• Or prior Hospitality management experience in a leadership role such as Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinator, or Operations/General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, adds, changes within the facility environment.
