Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is seeking a Facilities Coordinator II to deliver excellent client service and oversee cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities at customer sites. You will apply your experience in soft services to assist with subcontractor management and to coordinate moves, additions, and changes.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are required; GMP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• GMP experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, additions, and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
