Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator II to provide excellent customer service in managing client facilities. This role uses soft services experience to oversee cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities at the site.

You will support subcontractor management, oversee moves/changes, and perform additional duties as needed. The position features a benefits package and on-site responsibilities at client locations.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste, security, landscaping, snow removal and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, additions and changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
