ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Clark, NJ. This role focuses on delivering exceptional workplace experiences through hospitality, operational excellence, and strong vendor management.

It requires coordinating daily workplace operations, supervising self-performed and subcontracted services, and driving improvements to the employee and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience managing Soft Services, including janitorial operations.
• Experience with P&L management.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including staffing, recruiting, employee development, coaching, and team relations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for workplace services, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to clients, employees, guests, and vendors.
• Oversee daily workplace operations and coordinate self-performed and subcontracted services.
• Manage workplace moves and changes and look for opportunities to improve the employee/guest experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
