Job summary

Elsa's in Studio Park is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of Elsa's, a hands-on leadership role in food and beverage service.

You will ensure quality, safety, inventory control, and staff development, including hiring future team members and creating SOPs and schedules. This role requires 1–2 years restaurant management, strong leadership, and night/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience as a barista is preferred.
• Serv Safe Food and Trust20 certifications preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; shifts vary weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Elsa’s and food/beverage service.
• Ensure product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor safety and security in food and guest areas.
• Control inventory and purchasing, audit deliveries.
• Train, motivate and coach staff; hire future team members.
• Create and update SOPs.
• Create staff schedules.
