Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC, the family entertainment leader, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You will direct daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll manage scheduling, training, and collaboration across areas such as Kitchen, Showroom, and Gameroom, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience with people management.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training and motivating the team.
• Coach the team to deliver guest service and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom with rotations.
