ESA Management, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager in El Segundo to lead hotel operations, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction. You will assist the GM/MUGM with onboarding, training, and daily operational oversight while promoting ESA's service culture.

The role emphasizes safety, revenue optimization, and guest relations, with opportunities to influence EBITDA and frontline teamwork. A strong leadership presence and hands-on management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills—reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience supervising 8–15 hourly staff.
• Ability to operate property management systems and perform shift audits.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the hotel team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Assist GM/MUGM in interviewing, onboarding, and training associates.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and daily operations to meet EBITDA targets.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies at the property.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
