Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Plus Tips

Location: 12750 Westport Pkwy, Omaha, Nebraska, 68138

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, handling check-in, guiding guests, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a hospitality experience while ensuring safety standards for a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of the Alamo and aim to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION: To ensure every guest and teammate has an awesome experience and is excited to return.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain kindness and understanding
  • Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized between films
  • Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across theaters
  • Launch and manage guest orders from POS to delivery
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
  • Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
  • Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
  • Own the lobby and seating experience, manage lines, announce seating, guide guests, and communicate with leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films
  • Ensure cleanliness standards for the venue
  • Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • Handle all guest-facing interactions to ensure a positive experience
  • Uphold standards per company values, code of conduct, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant or theater environment (a plus)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
  • Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency
  • Interest in cinephilia is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Walk stairs multiple times during shifts
  • Position oneself out of guest view in theaters
  • Operate POS touchscreen devices
  • Work cautiously in a busy, loud environment
