Our Guest Attendants serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before each film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and caption devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines and guiding guests
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and films
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Uphold standards of behavior per company values and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications
• Passion for films is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work in a busy, loud environment with caution
