Compensation Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of the Alamo and will do what it takes to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring each seat is sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films/events
• Uphold cleanliness standards for all venue areas
• Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
• Handle all guest interactions and ensure a positive experience
• Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant/theater environment is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by state
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Light lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods
• Walking up and down stairs frequently
• Positioning oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operating POS touchscreen devices
• Moving cautiously in a busy, loud environment
