HHM Hotels is looking for a Bell Person to warmly greet guests at the hotel entrance and assist with luggage and guest services in Fort Worth, TX.

You will load luggage carts, escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and deliver items to guest rooms while maintaining safety and sustainability standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within guest services.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience required or equivalent training.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at hotel entrance and provide services related to luggage handling.
• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Tag and store luggage.
• Escort guests to hotel rooms.
• Provide overview of room, hotel services and amenities.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms.
• Assist guests with room changes.
• Stock pantry when necessary.
• Maintain lists of local attractions and transportation guides.
• Perform house attendant functions during staff shortages.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and EarthView sustainability practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
