Coury Hospitality's HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas is seeking a Bellperson to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and showcase local attractions. You will escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and coordinate with Front Desk, Valet, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced lobby, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, city layout, and top attractions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with all guests and leaders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple arrivals at once.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with warmth.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with heavy luggage and storage solutions.
• Field questions about the hotel, local attractions, and city highlights.
• Support Front Desk or Valet during peak hours.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and luggage delivery.
• Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Contribute to a positive first impression and smooth guest experiences.
