Responsibilities

• Greet guests and owners on arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation to features, amenities, and services.
• Deliver luggage, packages, and requested items promptly and courteously.
• Monitor front entrance and arrival areas for a welcoming, organized appearance.
• Provide directions and information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with transportation needs and safety concerns as needed.
