Job summary

Crestview Management, LLC seeks a friendly Bellman in Arlington, VA to deliver exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, escorting to rooms, and sharing information about hotel services and local attractions.

You will work with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain lobby area cleanliness, and assist with valet and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of room features.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist with valet parking and transportation arrangements as needed.
