Job summary

Park Place Parking / Fast Park & Relax is seeking a friendly Parking Guest Ambassador for overnight shifts in Houston. You will direct traffic, ensure efficient space use, and enforce parking rules while helping customers with questions and tickets.

The role requires strong communication, a calm approach to resolving issues, and the ability to operate parking equipment and prepare simple reports. Night hours from 12am to 8am are included.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Minimum of one year in dispatching, customer service or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and radio communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to available parking spaces using signals and guidance.
• Monitor lots to maximize space and prevent congestion.
• Enforce time limits and parking regulations.
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions and issues.
• Resolve issues like lost tickets with calm, professional service.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers and payment systems.
• Prepare occupancy and revenue reports and document incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.

Parking Guest AmbassadorJob Purpose:- To efficiently manage and coordinate the parking operations within a designated area, ensuring smooth traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and providing excellent customer service.
