Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a Parking Guest Ambassador for the overnight shift (12am–8am) at 18899 Snow Road, Brook Park, OH. You will direct traffic, enforce policies, assist guests, and operate parking equipment while ensuring safety and a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather and weekends/holidays. Prior parking or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of dispatching, customer service or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Willingness to work outdoors and variable shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal communication.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient space utilization and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking policies, including time limits and restricted zones.
• Assist guests with questions regarding parking availability, directions, and procedures.
• Resolve parking-related issues such as lost tickets or vehicle lockouts.
• Communicate regularly with team members to maintain efficient operations.
• Operate parking equipment including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Track and report parking activity, including occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
