Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is looking for a Parking Guest Ambassador to manage traffic flow and assist guests throughout their parking experience. You will direct vehicles, monitor spaces, and help resolve issues while upholding regulations in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors on your feet. Weekend and overnight shifts may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available spaces using clear hand signals and verbal instructions.
• Monitor parking lots for efficient space usage and to prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited areas.
• Respond to customer questions about availability, directions, and regulations.
• Assist customers with parking-related issues (lost tickets, lockouts).
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
