Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate who creates a welcoming guest experience by greeting shoppers, answering questions and guiding them to the right products and services.

You will promote current promos, teach guests how to use the Target App and Drive Up features, and collaborate with teammates to keep the store clean and safe. This role offers flexible hours, teamwork, and opportunities to learn and grow with Target.
