Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a quick, easy and enjoyable shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, guide them to products, and enroll them in benefits and services while upholding Target's service standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, flexibly adapting to busy periods, and using handheld scanners and the Target App to assist guests, merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
