Job summary

You may assist with returns, Drive Up, order pick up, and other guest services, all while upholding safety and store policies. A flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers to support a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience and explain the features and benefits of Target services and apps.
