Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming, helpful interaction.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and promote store services, apps, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and handle transactions per policy.
• Support fellow team members and adapt to changing guest needs throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
