Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with needs, and resolve issues while promoting Target services and loyalty programs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle transactions, and assist with Drive Up, Order Pickup, and returns. No two days are alike, and teamwork is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willing to learn Target App and loyalty programs.
• Capability to lift up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities
