Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with purchases, and promote Target’s services in-store and via digital options. You will help guests with questions, guide them through features like Drive Up and Order Pick‑Up, and ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, resolving issues, processing transactions, and educating customers on loyalty benefits, while maintaining safety and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering
• Handle returns or exchanges per policy
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist guests
• Work safely and comply with safety policies
• Support guest services such as OPu/Drive-Up/DU returns
