Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Program Manager to join our GTM Acceleration team in San Francisco. You will own the program management behind our highest-priority GTM initiatives and build operating systems that turn product releases into clear, timely actions across the field.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Field Engineering, and Enablement, bringing structure to cross-functional work, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, business operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role.
• Ability to drive ambiguous, high-visibility programs with fixed deadlines.
• Strong planning, dependency mapping, and decisive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage the company’s highest-priority GTM initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Own the GTM enablement roadmap and calendar with prioritization, sequencing, and regional coordination.
• Build and run the EPD-to-GTM release process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches with clear owners and milestones.
• Enforce product-update communication standards across Slack and enablement channels.
• Provide leadership with a concise view of program status, risks, and decisions.
