Job summary

Experis is seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team in Seattle, WA, onsite. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market, Technology, and Solutions Architecture, utilizing multiple sourcing methods including LinkedIn and HIRE ATS to identify top talent.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build networks, and run programs like referrals and events to strengthen the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting in GTM/Technical spaces.
• Experience managing multiple searches to strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of TA processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build dynamic relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Go-to-Market recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location:Seattle, WA (100% onsite) Pay Range:$40-45

What's the Job?

• Own the Full-cycle recruitment process
• Support the recruitment within GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture
