Job summary

Experis is seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team in Seattle, WA, onsite. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market, Technology, and Solutions Architecture, utilizing multiple sourcing methods including LinkedIn and HIRE ATS to identify top talent.

You will develop sourcing strategies, build networks, and run programs like referrals and events to strengthen the pipeline.

Qualifications

5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting in GTM/Technical spaces.
Experience managing multiple searches to strict deadlines.
Knowledge of TA processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
Strong organizational skills and ability to build dynamic relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on candidate experience.
Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process.
Support GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture recruitment.
Leverage sourcing methods (LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, outreach) to engage top talent.
Develop sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor pipelines.
Build long-term candidate networks and influence job descriptions and messaging.
Lead recruiting programs such as referrals, networking events, and conferences.
