Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Seattle is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, owning full-cycle recruitment for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture roles onsite.

You will leverage LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and proactive outreach to build pipelines, drive candidate experiences, and partner with business leaders to meet SLAs while delivering top talent for cutting-edge cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Corporate Full-Cycle Recruiting within a GTM and Technical space.
• Experience managing multiple searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and achieve SLAs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the Full-cycle recruitment process.
• Support the recruitment within GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.

Our client, a leading organization in the cloud technology industry, is seeking multiple Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Go-to-Market recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $40-45
