Experis seeks a Business Development / GTM Recruiter II to join a global technology team on an 11-month contract, onsite in Seattle. You will source top talent via LinkedIn, HIRE ATS and data-driven outreach, build pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fill complex requisitions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of technical recruiting, Boolean search proficiency and analytics fluency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience in corporate staffing and executive-level placements.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and reporting tools to analyze recruitment metrics; Gen AI fluency is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and using data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Business Development / GTM Recruiter II to join their dynamic team. As a Business Development / GTM Recruiter II, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting global teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

$40-45/hr. PLUS Benefits

Duration:

11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule:

M-F 8am-5pm (flexible)

What's the Job?

• Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage top talent for complex requisitions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term candidate networks, influencing best practices around job descriptions and messaging to enhance candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
• Own and support recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagements to strengthen the talent pipeline.

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on corporate staffing and executive-level placements.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and reporting tools to analyze recruitment metrics. Gen AI fluency is a PLUS!
