Qualifications

• Availability for a hybrid position in Boston (3 days at the office).
• Up to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech companies, with experience in a global recruiting team.
• Strong business partnering mindset: work with leaders, influence conversations, build trust, navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across GTM & Business functions in the US and UK from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders globally to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Own the sourcing strategy and build pipelines proactively with market insights.
• Run a structured hiring process with clear feedback loops and timely communication.
• Champion Port's employer brand in every interaction with candidates.
