Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global GTM Talent Lead based in the United States to drive hiring strategy and execution for a high-growth revenue organization. You will report to the CRO, partner with regional leaders, and guide talent across NA, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC in a remote-first setup.

You will shape workforce planning, establish consistent hiring standards, and use data and AI to improve speed and quality of hires while maintaining strong executive partnerships and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Global talent leadership experience in hypergrowth with hundreds to thousands of hires annually across regions.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume recruitment while keeping quality and business alignment.
• Experience building and guiding international recruiting leaders across multiple regions.
• Strong executive partnership with C-suite and data-driven decision making.
• Workforce planning expertise translating revenue objectives into hiring plans.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, assessing, and closing go-to-market talent globally.
• Operational excellence with metrics, processes, and AI-enabled recruitment.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership balancing long-term strategy with execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence across distributed teams.
• Adaptable, analytical, able to adjust plans as priorities change.
• Location: remote-first; preference for candidates in US Eastern or GMT time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global GTM hiring strategy for the revenue organization.
• Forecast workforce needs with the CRO, RevOps, and talent leaders.
• Partner with executives to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Lead regional recruiting leaders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC.
• Coach regional leaders and align resources with business priorities.
• Set and maintain consistent hiring standards across revenue roles.
• Source, assess, and close top sales and revenue talent globally.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from planning to start dates.
• Define metrics, monitor progress, and take corrective actions.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency and time-to-hire.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI while preserving human judgment.
