Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a global recruiting team supporting GTM and G&A. In this player-coach role, you will partner with business leaders and talent partners to identify, assess and hire top talent while guiding a high-performing team.

You will shape hiring plans, optimize processes, and scale recruiting with AI-powered tools across North America and beyond. A SAAS background and strong stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience (2+ years with a sales focus).
• 5+ years managing a team of recruiters.
• Data-driven, focused on quality of hire & stakeholder partnership.
• Experience in a SAAS environment.
• AI exposure and willingness to try new approaches.
• Strong partnership and trust-based relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and grow a team of 3+ Talent Acquisition partners.
• Translate annual hiring plans into quarterly operating plans, capacity models, and team priorities.
• Grow an advanced understanding of the Go to Market business line and the overall company context.
• Partner with Employment Brand, Compensation and People Business partners to identify trends and strategies.
• Champion recruiting process improvements on a global level for scalability and efficiencies.
• Maintain a req load based on business priority and team capacity.
• Leverage AI powered tools to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate engagement and operational efficiency.
