Neural Concept in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire GTM roles, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and run targeted sourcing with AI tools. You’ll shape the US presence from day one, guiding processes across time zones and collaborating with global teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM roles.
• Experience in both recruitment agency and in-house at scale-up.
• Heavy user of AI tools in recruiting, for sourcing, outreach, research or screening.
• Understand technical sales profiles to credibly pitch a deep-tech product to experienced candidates.
• Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with structured processes as needed.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM hiring from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles and interview plans.
• Source with precision through direct outreach, referrals and networks using AI tools.
• Manage pipelines, scorecards, AI screening criteria and Ashby reporting.
• Create a strong candidate experience and hand over to onboarding smoothly.
• Share what works, build templates and track metrics like time to hire and quality of hire.
