Job summary

Ladders, based in New York, NY, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM) to drive strategic recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of GTM recruiting experience, a track record of building GTM teams from early stages, and expertise in modern ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with GTM or sales focus.
• Experience building GTM teams from early stages, including first sales hires.
• Proven ability to design effective recruiting systems (scorecards, interview processes).
• Strong networking with proactive community engagement.
• Strategic mindset of an executive recruiter focused on long-term relationships.
• Passion for AI and its potential in recruiting transformations.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality hires across GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Lead headhunting and sourcing initiatives with proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve interview processes.
• Advise on hiring strategies rather than only executing requests.
• Challenge hiring plans to align with business priorities.
• Develop relationships within the talent community and maintain them.
• Implement and improve recruitment systems, leveraging AI for efficiency.
