Job summary

Reindeer is building an enterprise-focused AI platform and is hiring its first dedicated GTM Talent Acquisition Partner in New York. You will own end-to-end GTM recruiting for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, partnering with founders to define roles and interview loops, and building scalable processes and pipelines from scratch.

You will also manage the ATS, data, and reporting to improve hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with GTM/revenue hiring at startup or high-growth tech
• In-house recruiting background required (not agency-only)
• Proven success owning searches end-to-end and closing candidates independently
• US / New York GTM network and local market/comp understanding
• Creative sourcing and outreach; pipelines built from scratch
• Data-driven and AI-native; strong ATS skills (Ashby a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with founders and sales leaders
• High proficiency in English (native-level for the US market)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting from outreach to offer and onboarding across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing
• Calibrate for rare profiles with technical, consultative enterprise sales
• Move fast while maintaining quality and cadence from kickoff to close
• Build GTM pipelines from zero using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, and your network
• Write outreach that gets replies from passive candidates
• Partner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements and interview loops
• Design onboarding plans to get new hires to first value quickly
• Own ATS (Ashby) as the source of truth with clean data and structured scorecards
• Track and report recruiting metrics and iterate to improve process
