Job summary

Asana is seeking a strategic Business Process Manager to architect the agentic transformation of our GTM tech stack, owning the end-to-end CPQ experience and agentic quoting capabilities. You will partner with Sales, RevStrat, ET, Deal Desk, and Finance to design scalable workflows and resolve cross-system dependencies across the GTM ecosystem.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (Mon/Tues/Thu in office; Wed optional WFH; Friday dependent on role).

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and the Sales Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience designing complex CPQ platforms in production environments.
• Strong systems-thinking with data flows and cross-functional mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, requirements gathering, and adoption health of our CPQ platform and agentic quoting capabilities.
• Design scalable workflows and resolve handoffs across Deal Desk, Provisioning, Order Management, and Revenue Recognition.
• Execute end-to-end UAT with test scenarios and edge case handling.
