Surge AI in the United States is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems and processes behind our go-to-market. You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to scale with clear processes, reliable data, and reporting leaders use to make decisions.

This foundational role offers broad ownership and the chance to shape how we go to market as we grow, with a focus on data-driven decisions and scalable revenue operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in B2B tech or AI.
• Ability to define funnel stages, design lead routing, and turn messy data into reporting.
• Work across Marketing, BD, Ops, and Finance with influence and follow-through.
• Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Deep interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience valued but not required.

Aufgaben

• Build the go-to-market foundation with defined funnel stages and lead routing.
• Own our GTM systems: CRM strategy, implementation, and administration.
• Enable account-based marketing with target account strategy.
• Measure revenue via attribution and pipeline reporting.
• Run the operating cadence: pipeline reviews, forecasting, and recurring reporting.
• Partner with Finance to ensure data flows from deal to revenue.
