Anrok seeks a GTM Systems Manager to empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems and AI-enabled processes. You'll administer and scale our GTM technology stack, designing workflows and automations that delight our customer-facing teams and enable them to do their best work.

As the first dedicated GTM Systems hire, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations and Partnerships leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience focused on GTM systems and tooling.
• Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce (Admin cert preferred).
• Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into efficient workflows.
• Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from requirements to launch improvements.
• Curiosity and a point of view on making GTM teams more efficient through AI.
• Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams and prioritize impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper).
• Partner with GTM leadership to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales efficiency through tooling, technology and AI.
• Collaborate with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation atop our stack.
• Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows (e.g., handoffs between teams).
• Own the systems behind our quote-to-cash process.
• Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems as we scale.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies.
