Baseten is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to own and optimize the core platforms that power our go-to-market functions. You will configure, automate, and improve systems like Salesforce, Pylon, and Outreach, ensuring the field uses what you build and stays current with license management and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems—owning platforms end-to-end.
• Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM, not just configuration.
• Hands-on adminship across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, enrichment).
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model, enough to co-own the CRM.
• Strong enablement mindset; ensure field adoption of what you build.

Responsibilities

• Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for GTM systems like Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect.
• Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each system.
• Own adoption programs, forecast license needs, and manage vendor renewals.
• Co-own Salesforce with the GTM Systems Manager to align CRM for how sales runs, and back up deal operations.
• Build AI and automation on the CRM; stand up agents and automations that keep data clean and current.
• Drive adoption with documentation, field enablement, and measurable success.
• Right-size processes to scale without slowing the field.
