Job summary

Albiware Inc. is seeking a GTM Engineer to own technical GTM systems, routing, automation, and reporting that boost qualified pipeline. You will help reduce tech lag, maximize HubSpot usage, and connect the GTM stack across marketing and sales.

Based in the Chicago area with a hybrid, in-office-first setup, you will build automation, scoring, and dashboards to drive revenue outcomes and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on GTM engineering/RevOps experience.
• HubSpot expertise from day one; admin/architect level a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build GTM systems and workflows in HubSpot and across the stack.
• Improve tech stack implementation and expand HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise.
• Build nurture and follow-up automation across the funnel.
• Run day-to-day data enrichment, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
• Support attribution and reporting with dashboards; ensure data integrity.
