Albi, in Chicago, is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the technical systems turning buyer intent into booked, qualified pipeline across revenue teams, closing the tech lag and maximizing HubSpot usage.

This builder's role focuses on routing, automation, intent signals, and reporting to guide where to push next, with a hybrid in-office-first setup at our downtown Chicago office. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years GTM/RevOps experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Builders who have shipped tech-forward GTM motions in a CRM/automation stack.
• Strong HubSpot expertise and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with lead routing, attribution, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build GTM systems and workflows in HubSpot and across the stack
• Improve our tech stack implementation, and expand our use of HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise
• Build nurture and follow-up automation across the funnel
• Build skills and a knowledge bank using Claude
• Run day-to-day data enrichment, lead scoring, and data hygiene
• Support attribution and reporting — build the shared model and dashboards
• Audit and consolidate the GTM tool stack to remove sprawl, and support the team with workflows and data-integrity SLAs
• Produce insights and analysis on our GTM motions and where to improve them.
