Job summary
Ashby is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to own the daily maintenance and configuration of the technical layer powering our Go-to-Market organization. You will manage the CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices to enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to move fast with confidence.
In Revenue Operations, you’ll triage issues, implement new tooling, and translate business requirements into scalable configurations, while contributing to longer-term
Qualifications
- CRM administration expertise and certifications.
- Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue tools.
- Ability to translate abstract business goals into scalable technical configurations.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose data discrepancies and present findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day health of core GTM platforms and workflows.
- Maintain clean data flows across GTM toolset and integrations.
- Enforce data quality standards, deduplication, and taxonomy for reliable reporting.
- Triage issues for GTM teams and translate requirements into scalable configurations.
- Evaluate new GTM tools and AI-driven workflows for practical adoption.
